Four of us shared two dishes each from the snacks, small plates, large plates & desserts. Everything was delicious and the service was great!!!

From the snack plates we had the Rabbit Rillette (with duck fat)-Pistachio and pickled cherries ($10) was rich and delicious, as was the Poutine-foie gras, cheese curds & poutine sauce ($12).

From small plates the Ravioli-duck egg, bacon, ricotta, brussels sprouts & brown butter ($11) is an absolute must get and the table favorite. The Torchon-bombolini, guanciale & fig ($12) was also a melt in your mouth dish.

From large plates the Quail-chorizo, couscous, pickled carrots, mushroom spinach & feta ($21) was very flavorful as well as the Scallops-sweet potato, pork bell, apple butter & vanilla ($24).

My favorite dessert dish was 5 large doughnuts filled with ricotta and covered in a rich thick chocolate sauce.

My daughter lives near Madison so during a recent visit I took her to dinner here. The service was very attentive. Perhaps because this restaurant was in Wisconsin, the beer list was extensive. I liked the small, cozy atmosphere. Our food was unique and original making it a one of a kind experience. I very much enjoyed this restaurant.

We had a party of four and did small plates to try a variety of food items. Everything was great. The only dish of the 6 we tried was the octopus and that was average. Everything far exceeded the excellent ratings. This has become our new favorite place.

We're in Madison for the Spring semester and are thoroughly enjoying the many dining opportunities the city has to offer. This has been one our favorite spots so far. They offer a wide range of tapas type dishes and everything we tried was delicious. I especially like the stuffed quail. The seating is somewhat limited, with several large tables that people can join as they come in, along with a number of more private seating options. Our waiter was very helpful in terms of describing the various dishes. The service tapered off a bit as the place got busy, but nothing serious. Definitely worth a visit. It's among the places we will be back to while here in Madison.

Loved this small restaurant that seats only 30 or so. Very nice wine list and tapas type plates. The service was excellent and the staff efficient and friendly. I loved the sardines on toast in particular, but so many good choices.
