Stopped here for breakfast on my way to work. I had passed this place several times and wondered what it was like. It's located in the Wisconsin Aviation building off of Highway 51 and is open 7 days a week for breakfast and lunch. I had the "Ultralight" which is two buttermilk pancakes and a choice of bacon, sausage or ham. I ordered the ham. The pancakes were nice and fluffy and filled the plate. The ham was a piece of ham steak fried on the grill and it was good. The pancake syrup was the typical maple flavored syrup found at most places. Along with an orange juice, the breakfast was $9.91 with tax. The service was fast and friendly and place appeared to be very clean.
