Thank you so much for choosing to visit us on the west side of Madison! We appreciate the opportunity to have you as our guest. We are truly pleased that you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again!
The hotel for the weekend I stayed was obviously booked quite full. I was delighted, however, to find that my comfort and sleep were not disturbed one iota. Perfect. Coffee -- all the time -- was fresh, hot and delicious (surprise). Staff was excellent.
Only disappointment --- there wasn't a single cube of ice in the hotel all weekend. Second, the hallways desperately need cleaning/vacuuming. That never happened the 3 days I stayed.
Recently spent 3 nights here for a work trip. The hotel is nicely decorated and there are a lot of extras - free breakfast, free wi-fi, free snacks/treats in the evening. One evening it was cupcakes in the lobby, the next evening it was cheese curds. There is an indoor pool and hot tub, but I did not use them. I did use the exercise room each morning. It has 2 ellipticals, 2 treadmills, a recumbent bike and some free weights and medicine balls.
Location was convenient for me. Room was clean and the hotel was quiet.
We stayed at this hotel while in Madison, WI. Our grandson had a fabulous time in their pool that had activities like a slide in the water, a tree with water falling over the edge and a couple of other things. This pool has a walk in area that starts out very shallow and doesn't get too deep until your on the other end. It even has a place for playing water volleyball.
So if you have little ones that might even be to little for a water park...this is the perfect little get away for them.
They had a nice breakfast area with many choices of hot and cold food. Very clean and the staff kept the food items coming.
Stayed here for three nights in June 2014. The place was packed due to La Crosse players staying here. In spite of this the Hotel was quiet and all the young players were very disciplined.
Morning walks outside the hotels were refreshing. Breakfast as usual was nice. The ladies working in the breakfast area in the mornings were very harworking and always had a smile on their face. With so many players eating breakfast the place was kept immaculate.
Had one problem with the front desk while requesting an opener after buying a beer. This is where except... comes in my review heading.
Problem was resolved by Ms. Johnson - the operations mangager. Thank you Ms. Johnson.
A nice, new, happy, shiny, modern, hotel in an area that has lots of shopping and restaurant options. Yay! Even the A/C unit makes a constant, pleasant sound. As a bonus, I heard Rock Lobster in the elevator.
