Awesome table, from owners or local farms to table! Delicate, sophisticated food presented with simplicity. Awesome staff. We almost didn't go because of the burger picture, and we are planning to stop by again. Cortez is about an hour away and we were pleased to discover this quiet quality restaurant for our one night getaway from home.

We were with a group with a set menu. The food was good and we poor vegans were provided for - although I looked longingly at the lamb meatballs.

Probably the best restaurant in Cortez. Easy to find, right on Main Street, parking in front. Beautifully decorated with large paintings on stone wall. They serve dinner only on Thursday, Friday and Saturday - lucky for us it was Saturday. The food served comes from the nearby owners' farm, the Seven Meadows Farm. Service was excellent. The small menu has something for everyone, from chicken satay, great salads, to Moroccan lamb meatballs. Kids menu available, and a small wine list. Warm apple pie in a very flaky crust was outstanding, and the French Press coffee a perfect ending to a delicious meal. I also liked the fact that they have mismatched silverware, simple wooden tables and chairs, and that the young couple-owners were having dinner there too.

Had another star dinner of our trip here. Chris had a delicious pasta dish with pecans and mushrooms and I had a salad full of lovely leaves and a house steak which was so tender it melted. Staff were friendly and helpful and the ambience was very comfortable.

Our meal at the Farm was by far the best in 2 weeks of touring the parks of the south west. Superb cooking, Great ingredients, really friendly and helpful staff , and a local beer and wine list. All this in a relaxed and unpretentious atmosphere, rare in our experience in the US.
