We really enjoyed walking through the gardens and viewing not only the plants and trees but the waterfalls and bridges as well. SO glad we made the time to see this!

Enjoyed an afternoon of easy hiking in beautiful setting. Attended concert in the chapel, and had a good lunch at the food stand.

“Absolutely Beautiful”
Reviewed October 24, 2013

This garden covers over 200 acres. The waterfalls, koi pond, foliage, and bridges make this place a sight to see for all ages. When you first enter the garden for your tour, there is a model of 2 businesses that were owned by the family and a train carrying lumber to the buildings. It even has a conductor. We paid the extra $10 to have a tour guide take us through the garden on a golf cart. It was worth it because the facility is so large it would have taken a while to walk through it all plus she was very knowledgeable about the history of the family and garden. They were preparing for Christmas when we went...I was excited just seeing the lights and displays being put up, I know the people visiting for Christmas are in for a treat.

“Beautiful and relaxing...”
Reviewed October 21, 2013

This place is very beautiful and peaceful. We took the golf cart tour which cost $10/person and was well worth it. We walked around a bit after the tour. The golf cart is just for your family or couple and is very informative and will stop and let you take pictures. A must see in Hot Springs!

“Beautiful facility”
Reviewed October 20, 2013

These tranquil and interesting gardens, run by the university, are worth the visit any time of year. Busy when they decorate with Christmas lights or exhibitions. The on-site cafe serves good fresh food with friendliness.
