It's not vegetarian. I would say it is a natural foods store that also serves meals. I had a club sandwich with turkey, ham, and bacon plus veggies and cheese. Sides included a cold rice pilaf, pickles, orange slices, ruby red grapefruit slices, and pear slices. The sandwich was a generous portion and well made. Delicious! The rice pilaf had an Indian flavor, with a hint of cumin. Quite unexpectedly good. The price was reasonable. The staff was friendly. I was not sure how to proceed when I first went in. You order at the counter and have a seat. The food is brought out to you. A pleasant experience!

Specializing in locally-sourced fresh produce, as well as national health-food brands, this organic market also serves a range of tasty, healthy dishes ranging from vegan to beef, all available to take out or eat in at its spotless cafe. Our breakfast of papusas (a sort of Salvadoran pita pocket, served hot) were well worth the wait for the cook to arrive and the grill to heat. The staff were friendly and clearly proud of providing Arkansas fruit and vegetables to locals and travelers alike.

We go meatless for one or two dinners at home each week, but none of the vegetarian meals we prepare are anywhere close to the full flavored food we had for lunch at this cafe. All three of us enjoyed creative combinations of healthy food beyond just good; the food was excellent. Each of our meals had interesting flavor twists. It did take us a moment once inside the cafe to decipher the menu choices posted on the wall behind the counter; the effort was worth it. We were lucky to find one of the few outside tables available on a crisp sunny afternoon.
