“Pleasant surprise”
Reviewed October 26, 2012

We stopped here thinking it was a traditional wine bar but were pleasantly surprised with the food and the service. We shared the avocado and shrimp appetizer and it was delicious. Was a little curious how avocado could be " fried" , but the light breading and delicious filling was amazing. I chose the fish tacos and there was more than I could eat. It had two HUGE pieces of tilapia which were slightly blackened with guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo along with delicious cilantro rice. My husband, who is not a fan of Mexican food, could not stop raving about the chimichanga. I forgot to mention the excellent chips and salsa that came with the meal. Could not decide which one I liked best. Didn't expect Mexican for our anniversary dinner, but it was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely be back.

“Great service and food”
Reviewed October 19, 2012

This place was recommended by the Alpine Inn and it was wonderful. If you are looking for Tex-Mex, this is NOT your place...but we found the food interesting & delicious. Wonderful wine selection and the gentleman who waited on us was charming and very attentive. We loved the atmosphere and architecture!

“Food was amazing!!”
Reviewed September 19, 2012

I just recently visit this restaurant because I had hear it was amazing and guess what it was !! Food was great ! BUT the service not so good since the only people that were there we're the owners and when they had a full house service was terrible !! I understand that they have recently opened but they should have more help! The one thing that had me worried was that the lady helping had her baby at the restaurant and when a table needs something and had to serve a table she would take the baby with her I don't know how safe or sanitary that is !!! I will give it a try again and hope to see the service better!!!!

“Great new restaurant - Sangria is fantastic”
Reviewed September 4, 2012

We had a great waiter/bartender when we visited Labour day Weekend. Good Guaca and salsa. But the best part was the Sangria.

“New Latin Restaurant with Good Wine and Margaritas”
Reviewed August 1, 2012

Unique and cozy place near the post office and right near the new massage center upstairs from the Crystal Gallery.

Not open on Monday as we discovered, but well worth the lunch stop. Extensive Latin/Mex menu. The fish tacos were fabulous, best in Hot Springs. Choose the front dining room if you want a little light and a glimpse of the Central Avenue action, or the back bar room if you prefer the wine cave environment. We chose the latter and will return.
