We had a blast! It was hot BUT we were able to cool down in plenty of shaded sitting areas. We didn't get a chance to visit the water park, Crystal Falls, but it looked like so much fun! I highly recommend this park during your visit to Hot Springs! We have season passes to Silver Dollar City in Branson, MO and were very pleased with this park as well. We are now considering purchasing season passes to Magic Springs. There were plenty of fun rides for my toddler. If he was too small we were always given the option to ride with him. Other places just don't allow him to ride at all. I really loved that! My two older boys had a chance to really enjoy some great rides also. The customer service was great. The concession stands, the cleaning staff, the ride operators, and the game operators all great! Next time we're going to both the amusement park and the water park!

Although the park is beautiful and clean.... It is WAY overpriced for 44.99 per person!! After paying all that to get in you have to pay an extra $5 for a tube to ride the water rides with!! How ridiculous. We wanted to take our baby girl on the lazy river and we figured the tubes were provides for you at the rides!!! WRONG!! and on top of that my 2 yr old had to put on a life vest that choked her in order to play in the kiddie pool!! Needless to say screw that water park!! But Hot Springs was beautiful!!

We traveled with a 7, 13, and 15 year-old and there was something for everyone. Nice park - not crowded and cheaper than other similar parks we have gone to. Lines were short and the employees were all pleasant.

We had a great time! The waterpark as well as the amusement park had zero wait time!! We went on a Wed. After parking, locker rental and daily admission it was quite pricey for one day but... the kids loved it.

Just because this park is in a small tourist town, don't let it fool you. We have been here three times. We like it because it is clean and family friendly. I don't know the exact term form it but the tire looking things-the tubes? There are usually always plenty to go around when you just want to cruise the water, there are plenty of lifeguards on duty and everyone was pleasant, if you want sand and sun there is an area for that too, if you want a shady area there is a spot for that and there are plenty of lockers for storage. Usually we go to the Magic Springs area first and ride the rides when we get hot we go "play" in the water!
