I'm a History nut, so I booked the History Room. I have spent lots of time in Libraries, so the books were a wonderful addition to the overall plan. I've seen this old Mansion on the hill for a lot of years; and would love to see it back to its original glory. We traveled in the fall, & had a clear view of the mountain behind Bathhouse Roll. The lobby is located in the "local" farmers market with a nice selection. I shall return.

Kind of quirky but clean! We had the "Mystery Room" and it was great room for the price.
No funky old smell to the room.
Breakfast was a $10 credit at the barkery next to the hotel. Lots of fresh baked items to choose from.
If you are looking to save a few $$$$ and a clean room, this is the place for you!
Walking distance to all of the bath houses and shops.

We stayed one night in the rustic room. Delightfully kooky atmosphere. Room was clean (smelled of pine-sol), high quality sheets, comfortable, nicely remodeled. We used the ten dollar credit for breakfast at the adjacent restaurant: Pastries were excellent. A very nice change from standard cookie-cutter hotels.

Although the cozy bathroom may present problems for larger guests, and the lack of hangers in the closet and pots larger than a one-egg frying pan in the kitchenette might be challenging, we were so delighted by the funky thematic decor (our room was titled "Romantic Literature") and the comfortable queen-size antique sleigh bed that we could easily overlook minor inconveniences. The discounts offered at a related historic bath house/spa and the delicious breakfast, included in the room price, at the organic grocery/cafe at the entrance helped us experience and enjoy Hot Springs's other charms, as well. We made this an overnight stop on a road trip but wished we'd planned a long weekend.

Room Tip: Rooms in front of the old Gothic mansion offer a shorter walk to breakfast.

The "B Inn " was..."right up my alley':) It is funky ( vintage green bathroom tile-a sagging shelf of books ( we stayed in the Biography room!)..and just right for my budget.. The beds are very comfortable ( a very important feature for me )- and the shower was firm and hot! Our hosts were friendly and helpful. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many attractions- great location- and you just cannot beat the price..ALSO- included is a discount off the bathhouse!! What a deal! The park island organic cafe had plenty of low priced breakfast choices ( also included!)
I really enjoyed staying at the B INN and will certainly do so again...
