“Wonderful Mexican food”
Reviewed April 12, 2011

We look forward to eating at the Colorado Grill every time we visit Hot Springs. We especially like their chips (thin and crisp) and the the salsa is fresh and just spicy enough. We especially like their enchiladas but all the food that we have sampled is wonderful. The food is great, Happy Hour specials are inexpensive, and even when busy, the noise level is low enough that you can visit with friends. We love it!

“One of my favorites for lunch in Hot Springs”
Reviewed December 21, 2008

This restaurant is in an old movie theatre that has been remodeled but they kept the brick interior and old copper ceilings. Really enjoy the setting. We usually do lunch at the restaurant when in Hot Springs visiting my wife's mom.
It's a mix of items but more southwestern but not necessarily your normal texmex. Go to their website for memu.
We really like the Poblano Chicken and my wife's mom likes the Devil's shrimp. Both served with grilled veggies (peppers, zucchini, onions, carrots) done very well on the grill.
The chips and salsa are outstanding. Very fresh. The salsa comes in red and green. Got a kick to it but very good.
They used to have a decent beer on draft but now carry only the typical light America brews (Amber Bock is the only one close to a real beer).
For parkings go to the parking lot behind the building.
