Two of us went here for breakfast on a Friday morning. There were only two other tables so we were seated right away. We ordered 2 coffees, an orange juice, eggs with sausage, 2 buckwheat banana pancakes, and a side of bacon. The menu was pretty limited for a breakfast place and the sausage was the best thing we had. The whipped butter, apple butter, and apple jelly were a nice touch, but the meal overall was just okay.

The food was okay, nothing truly special. They don't have biscuits on the menu at all, but I guess you'd expect that since it is called The Pancake Shop. What really bugged me was that they do not take credit or debit cards of any kind. It is posted on the door, but we did not see it. I wouldn't go back. Join the 21st century, will ya?

Had an omelette and grits on Friday, grits were perfect, nice tall mound that you could eat with a fork. Can today, Saturday and the grits were so watery I couldn't eat them. More CONSISTENCY is needed.

Our family ate here today and your choices are limited and food was bland. Front clerk was snotty and very unfriendly.

Great breakfast ! Always friendly service. Even on very busy mornings, the wait is minimum. You must get the pancakes.
