Interesting but it could have been better if they didn't hurry you through the rooms so you could read all the information they had available. Slight fudging on the facts. Some of the same information was available at the Tower.

“misleading hype”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 5, 2012

I was very excited to go to this "museum" on our visit to hot springs. When we got there the boy working was bragging to our tour guide how he just makes stuff up as he goes. The museum is just a bunch of walk through videos with some small artifacts, mostly pictures. The guide,a young girl had no knowledge of the few artifacts or much else besides what was on the videos. Not sure what all the hype is about for this place

“Tacky Tourist Trap In a Bad Part of Town”

You are more likely to see some real gangsters around here than actual memorabilia about gangsters. I found the customer service to be short at best and the lack of security in this area alarming.

“Terrible - Not worth the money”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 24, 2012

A tour should not consist of watching TV in drab rooms with sparse pieces of period newspaper clippings. It was not worth the $15 bucks a person, plus tax mind you! Mind you some of the biggest names in organized crime visited Hot Springs and they were merely mentioned in passing. I would not recommended to anyone unless you enjoy standing around watching TV for an hour.
