“Different, great food! Loved it!”
Reviewed August 11, 2014

We couldn't decide what to get so we ordered several appetizers Tapas-style, and shared. Everything was really unique and beautifully presented. Some of the ingredients were unusual and our server did a great job explaining everything. Just the right amount of attention from our server -- we didn't feel rushed but he was there when we needed something.

Definitely make a reservation because they are quite busy.

“Excellent! ! ”

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Locally owned by the executive chef. Caramelized scallops were amazing. Husband had the single cut pork chop.

“Fantastic Service & Food”
Reviewed July 31, 2014

We arrived early on a Saturday night before we picked up our son from Camp Ozark. We had an opportunity to sit at the bar before our group arrived. Excellent bartender! After our group arrived, we were seated and the excellent service continued. The food was phenomenal and even my husband, who is difficult to please, loved the filet.

Everything was perfect. The food was great but this really is the first time I thought the food and service was well worth the money! I would definitely return! Thanks for the wonderful dining experience!

“Never disappointed!”
Reviewed July 24, 2014

We have eaten here three time and each time we have had an excellent meal. We have tried the Champagne, Brie and truffle, Walnut Goat Cheese salad, wedge salad, scallops and double cut chops but my all time favorite is the duck confit egg rolls!! Heaven on a plate. Although it's a bit pricey for Hot Springs, you definitely get what you pay for! The staff is very knowledgeable about the menu and more than welcoming. Don't let the location stop you from eating here. It may be on the end of the main drag but it's well worth it!!

“Hot Springs Gemstone”
Reviewed July 23, 2014

There are many interesting finds in Hot Springs, but if you are looking for outstanding cuisine, look no further than Central Park Fusion! The preparation style melds classical French techniques with a fusion of flavors from around the world. The menu is varied, with selections ranging from perfectly cooked sea bass and Wagyu beef to lighter fare.

I sampled multiple items and found each one to be a delight to the taste buds. The appetizers are delicious and, for me, the fried brie was a perfect starter. The salads are packed with wonderful surprises!

The entrée selections are complemented by wine suggestions.

Whatever is on you "to do" list for your visit to Hot Springs, be sure to include a meal (or two) at Central Park Fusion!
