We got the wrong item and just mentioned it to the waitress, in case it was a different price. Mananger (Romy) came to our table and appoligized and went over our visit to make sure everything else was to our satisfaction. He then took the incorrect item off our bill. We said it was unnecessary, that it was a good meal. He explained that our complete satisfaction was their goal. We will definately go back and recommend them to our friends. Thank You Romy (manager).

Barb And i and our nephew decided to drive to Hot Springs this past weekend for dinner. We ended up going to Olive Garden. After a short wait for a table, we were seated and greeted by our waitress. We ordered an appetiser then our entrees, but our entrees arrived first. We weren't too bothered about it but the staff kept apologizing. Then the manager swung by our table and said he comped the appetiser! We thanked him and told him everything was delicious.

Busy night so we waited for our table in the bar. Didn't seem as long as they anticipated. Waitress's head (in restaurant- bar lady was attentive) wasn't in the game and she forgot our drinks, dipping sauce and breadsticks to go with dinner. Seemed more interested in making excuses than ensuring good service. We were surrounded by families with small children, one of which might have had a sore bottom had he been mine. Of course dad? Wasn't much better with his loud belching at the table. "The apple don't..." There was a problem with our order and just as we thought we'd been forgotten the manager came to the table and explained the problem. The food was excellent and I loved that you could sample a wine for a quarter before buying a whole glass of something you might not like. The manager went out of his way for us and that made us feel like he truly wanted us there. We will go back next time in town. Mr. Manager, the extra star is for you! It's clear you are in the right profession and love your job.

Was eating dinner here and didn't care much for my entree. The waitress told me to select another entree and the manager brought it out and offered to give us a complementary dessert. Above and beyond on service, especially when it wasn't the restaurants fault! Will definitely return.

I have yet to ever have a bad meal in any Olive Garden! The food is always delicious and the staff is always friendly!
