“Have energy and time and may visit!”

The view is nice but for this you have to give your feet a real challenge to be ready to stir for 9-10 kms.
Start early in the morning so that you strain lesser

“Stunning Views”
Reviewed January 17, 2014

The walk to the Worlds Ends is not for the faint hearted as some sections have extremely uneven rocky surfaces. The toilets facilities are filthy and are a shame to the travel industry in Sri Lanka. There are no restaurant or kiosk facilities and you have to go ready for it. But the trouble is still worthwhile.

“only in the morning”
Reviewed January 17, 2014 via mobile

It is absolutely a must see, but if so, you must be there as early in the morning as posibble, because the view is posibble rather at the beginning. I was there way too late.

“don't bother”
Reviewed January 15, 2014 via mobile

- heavily overpriced for foreigners
- due to weather there was no view - only fog and rain
- the Plains have nothing special
Not worth getting up early, overall not worth doing

“Superb place with calm and cool weather”
Reviewed January 15, 2014

it was a great experience in World's End. cool climate and fresh air never makes us tired when we walk. it's close to 9 or 10kms to achieve the world's end point. nothing to be worry because walking path is really clear, and not tough as it shows. better to start the walking at 5.00 to 5.30 in the morning, because it will make you easy and relax. when you walk half a way you will find a waterfall. something which can make your eye and ears chill... so lovely and wonderful place to take some snap shot. but be careful in that area due to there are two path to that waterfall. if you lost the correct path, you will end-up with muddy bath. :P
after that charming rest in Waterfall, you will be directed first to small World's end and then to the finally World's End.
after you came back to entrance, you will realize that this place had make your body and soul peaceful (ex: walking 10kms to body, fresh air to breath, green world good to your eye, sounds of bird and waterfall sound good to your ear, and surprises and smiles good for face.)

hope you all will enjoy the trip... and hope this will make you helpful.
Thank you
regards,
Taaro
