We discovered this restaurant on day 2 of our holiday. The food is so fresh it swims off your plate. A great selection of fish, brought from the market daily. We tried prawn curry, tiger prawns, jumbo prawns, and coral fish. We chose the grilled option, with garlic butter, vegetable rice, noodles and of course chips. The noodles were a particular favourite of my wife's. The menu is extensive and includes pork, calimari, salads in addition to the wide selection of fish, most of which I have never heard of ! There are outdoor and indoor seating options.
Make no mistake, this is a simple beach restaurant, having been rebuilt after the 2004 tsunami, producing tasty fresh food, and well worth a visit.
turn right from the Heritance Hotel and walk for 10 mins. The owner, Berty, is a welcoming host who will meet and greet you, explaining the menu and offering all all manner of useful information about the local area. Enjoy ! We did. 4 times.
