Metro Cebu now has another good Chinese restaurant! Overall, it offers good food and broadens the menu choices. Their hankow and siomai dim sum offerings are passable. The specialty is Hainan chicken, even though they advertise themselves as a seafood restaurant.
If you want to a quiet area to talk, avoid the bar area (where their blenders are sure to drown out any conversation) or the back area near the cooking area.
Cost during their soft opening ran about P500 per pax, after the 20% discount, so it promises to be steep by Cebu standards when regular pricing starts.
