A great hotel to base yourself if you are spending a few days in Cebu city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well presented and tasty food in the restaurant. Wifi available for free throughout the hotel, even by the pool. Compared to many of the higher priced hotels in Cebu what this lacks is a garden area to enjoy the sun in. There is a swimming pool on the roof, but it only captures the suns rays for about two hours a day due to the shade cast by the hotel building. Taxis are very cheap in Cebu, and the more expensive resorts all offer day passes for use of their amenities. The location is not great, but the same can be said for most hotels in Cebu city, there are a few fast food outlets within easy walking distance, and convenience stores. But at around 75 pesos by taxi to the SM mall, or Ayala mall, this hotel is better located than others. For my needs and requirements this hotel suited me fine. For business, or a short city stay, overall great value for money.

Hotel's fairly new so rooms are clean. Touch of white is dominant which gives the place a cleaner look. Everything's fine except AC does not cool much & splashing water from shower area to the toilet is impossible to avoid.

Bed, pillows, & blanket are all comfortable.
TV is LCD and got plenty of channels.
Mini ref also works perfectly & is loaded with consumables for sale.

My fiancee & I stayed for 4 nights here & the room's pretty well-cleaned & cozy. Room is spacious enough for 2 persons. The bed's comfortable, pillows are really soft (we each have 2 pillows) and blanket has duvet. I like it that their bedding's white coz it's easy to see when clean or not.

Room has refrigerator so it's a + +, has LCD TV with plenty of channels (they've just upgraded the cable), & a pair of white slippers (but only provided 1 pair).

Bathroom's clean and has the toiletries we need (soap, shampoo, lotion, cotton buds, dental kit). No problem w/ shower pressure & it has hot/cold water, even the sink. Concern is just really w/ partition of shower area, we have to use rags to block the water from running to the toilet area. Might as well ask for 3 rags, but if you don't mind an all-over wet floor, then 1 rag would do.

Another concern is with AC. We set at 17°, the coldest it has, but the room was still hot.

Room was tidied everyday & toiletries are replenished daily.

Overall, we had a nice stay & would recommend this place, except that we had inconsiderate foreign neighbours who kept on banging their doors & talking out loud in the hallway even during late nights.

Recommendations to hotel though unsolicited: 1. put some ornaments in the hallway to add some life, 2. probably a "do not disturb/pls.clean the room" hanging card is also helpful and 3. replace shower curtains with a longer one.

This hotel has the rudest staff I have ever met. I would never stay here again. Apart from the staff the location and rooms are ok....but much better to find another place as the staff do not care about their customers.

I booked this hotel for 3 room on 3N/4D with my family and bf. and we really enjoy our stay here. The hotel is new so it was clean and the furniture where new. Breakfast was ok and not expected to have 5 star buffet brunch but the food was nice and can make you full.

The downside of this hotel is that the wall is thin so you can easily here your next door neighbors talking or what.. me and my bf had waken up by guest arrival around 2am in the morning!I dont know if they just talk alound or the wall is thin that it can heard the noise of the other side easily. So we complained the reception area and requested to advise the other room to soften their conversation and they did but still were able to hear them. anyways, over all they are ok for the price that we purchased.

Hotel is fairly new but made very poor. Bathroom looks dirty and toilet was very brown. The aircon was dripping water down on the bed.
We requested a queenbed but got two twins instead. Didn't want to conplain as it was only for 1 night. View from balcony was very nice.
The staff is very friendly and helpful - told us were we should go for dinner/drinks etc.
Breakfast was not great - but not the worst.
Airport is a 20 min drive away.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view - high up

cebu city was our last stop on our trip to philippines (we visited bantayan island, cagayan de oro, moalboal before that, check out my other reviews if interested).

we arrived at the hotel and were greeted by a smiling lady at reception, who was polite and nice, and we were also given a welcome drink each (pineapple juice). check-in was a breeze and we were brought up to our rooms (3 rooms for 6 of us) on the 3rd floor. each room had a small balcony, a queen-sized bed as requested, a television which had some nice movies and cable channels. the bathroom was a standing shower with shower curtain and standard amenities. my friend complained that her bathroom flooded each time they took a shower, but my room was fine. the hot water heater was working perfectly and the water pressure was good. our mirror was quite badly stained/rusty but it wasn't a problem for us.

we went up to the pool at 10.30pm thinking it was still open but it was not, and quite dark. the water looked murky and it felt like it was still under construction? or maybe just plain like the previous review said that it could be prettier. but in any case perhaps they cleaned the pool every morning before it opens to the public, so i suppose if there's clean water, the infinity pool aspect of it should be more than enough!

there was a room service menu which featured affordable rates for the dishes, and there was also a mini bar, 2 complimentary bottles of drinking water. the beds were very comfortable and we had 2 pillows each. we liked it that their service was good, we bought some bottled beer back to the room as 2 of us in our group had their birthdays that night. we requested for ice and a bottle opener from the hotel and it was promptly sent up to our room each time. the hotel staff were really nice and friendly, even on the last day after we checked out, we deposited our luggage at the hotel and went out to do last minute shopping, and when we came back for our baggage, the staff were still as nice and friendly! it really made a difference as we feel they were sincere and very hospitable, especially one of the male staffs who spoke good english and was really nice!

Hotel Tip: the lift has touch-buttons, which if u use your fingers, u will feel like the lift has gone crazy cuz the buttoms on different floors start to light up LOL. the trick is to use the back of your finger to touch the buttons!

Note: remember to take a hotel card / flyer / map with you when you go out shopping!
from the hotel to SM Mall, should cost around php70 (according to meter), from hotel to Ayala Mall, should cost also around php70 (according to meter). DO NOT let the taxi drivers bring you for a joyride. when we return to the hotel from SM Mall, we got 2 taxis, 3 of us in each one.. we even showed the taxi driver the hotel flyer and address, but he kept taking us around in circles, we told him to turn left, he kept turning right, then u-turn, bring us into a jam, until we called the hotel and asked them to speak to the driver, the driver refused to speak to them and suddenly said he know where already, then bring us SHORTCUT via small alleys etc. so much for not knowing the way ey? both of the taxis we had also did the same thing, so i think it is a common thing in cebu city once they know u are a tourist. TIP: before getting onto the cab, make sure the driver says he knows where it is. also tell him you know the cost is around php70. tell him you have spoken to the hotel people and ask him not to fool around if not you will complain using his taxi number.

if you walk along the traffic flow from the hotel, you will find a massage parlour offering thai massage for php150 per hour, and further up there is a convenience store, and also some restaurants and a bakery and a korean ktv pub.

Room Tip: we had rooms 305, 311 & 314.. room 305 was on the left side of the corridor and rooms 311 &...
