This was my 1st time further up the coast in Bali, a goos 1 hour from Seminyak and 1.5 hours from the airport.
Perfect if you like golf, as the 18 hole course allegedly is famous, I was happy with the amazing gardens and pool area. Its very isolated so if you want private, quiet and relaxed, this is the place to stay. To tad traditional for me but I can still appreciate this hotel. The more mature, laid back type (maybe who play golf) love it Im sure.
I was here on a business so could really take full advantage but what I tried was great. Will I be back.. honestly no, its not my type of hotel, but I get it..

Room Tip: Take your golf clubs.. And take a sunrise walk to the Tanah Lot, Temple on the beach...Amazing..

Have stayed here previously, but this time only visited to show friends and have dinner. They were blown away by the beautiful setting and we had an excellent meal. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was as i remembered. one of the (fussy) guys commented that it was the best steak he could remember eating - anywhere! Despite owning their own villa in Sanur, they said they would love to come and spend a few days at the resort in the future.

We stayed at this hotel for week at the beginning of October. Yes it is isolated. Yes it's quiet. But oh so blissful. No one pesters you & all the staff were happy to help and chat to us.
There is a market village a short walk away over the golf course but the food is rubbish. It's good for cheap souvenirs bottles of water & beer but not much else.
The food at the hotel is a little pricey but the steaks we had at the main restaurant were divine. The BBQ evenings were excellent value for money. The traditional Balinese dancing was very good but a little commentary throughout would help.
All of swimming pools are excellent with plenty of sun loungers beds & parasols. There are even 2 water slides for the kids.
All in all this is a little bit of paradise to chill out and re charge your batteries. Don't go if you are looking for late nights with loud boom boom music and dancing till dawn.

I was here last week with my wife and baby daughter, to attend my wife's friend's wedding. The resort is very nice, beautifully arranged at the coastal area, the buildings are built surrounding the swimming pool, so in whichever room you stay, you will not too far from the pool. The pool itself is marvellous, there're some pools, connected by waterfall-like, children pool, arena for kid's climbing activities, and the cliff lawn is the best place for you to see the Tanah Lot temple. the view overlooking the ocean is beautiful. For those who play golf, there is golf court as well. All staffs are very friendly.
Few cons that i think: breakfast which is just so-so, not so special, coffee is a bit thin, my advise: order the cappucino instead, it has better flavour than the normal coffee. The room is nice, bathroom finishes will need to be refurbished already specailly the wall. The furniture on the room's balcony need the be replaced specially the cushions as they are already dirty. This resort is far from crowds, it is far inside the village, at the coast of Tanah Lot area, so if you are looking for crowd and nightlife, this is not the place, quite far from "civilization" the only nearby crowded are is the Tanah Lot temple itself. But if you are looking for quiteness, this is the place to be. There is no sandy beach, but rocky instead.
Overall It is more suitable for couple or romantic trip or those who plan to get married here.

This is our second time to the Pan Pac Bali and it didn't disappoint just like the first time. We found it hard going to another hotel after being here and decided it has to be the end part of our holiday.
From check in/out, restaurant staff, spa, cleaning and maintenance, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, there wasn't a time we were not greeted and even our names were used at times.
The garden view deluxe room is beautiful and spacious and our 20month old loved that he could use the bath and play peek a boo at the shutters which open up to the room. It has great amenities as well as an iPod Dock and free wifi.
The breakfast buffet has a great selection and there a few different dining options and the meals were always great.
My husband was happy they had gym facilities and had a round of golf which is a must, he did feel the grounds were a little better the last visit but still a beautiful course.
I used the spa for a head massage and it was the best I had received out of the multiple massages I got in Bali.
The grounds are beautiful, the swimming pools are such fun with the slides and bball ring.
If you don't want to eat all your meals at the hotel you can have a short stroll across the golf course to the lane way of local eateries with a view of the Tanah Lot temple and markets.
The people that work here and their friendly service is what makes me love this resort and as long as that stays, the Pan Pacific Nirwana will be our favourite holiday spot in Bali..we are planning our next trip back next year.

You can't ask for better....location, rooms, food, staff, service.....everything is so perfect. We were there when Miss World was about to begin in about a week so overbooked. The required room that I had reserved was not given at first, when reached out to the front desk, they were more than happy to accept the mistake and immediately shifted us to a villa. That must be 3-4 times of what I had paid for my room and no extra charge to us. They kept on apologizing during the whole stay on their mistake, I think this is height of customer care and hospitality. Above all, the location is perfect for family holiday, most beautiful location in Bali with in house recreational activities to make your kids go crazy.

Our family and friends were totally blown away by the Pan Pacific for my daughter's wedding. Everything was just perfect. Ketut Sudigama and his assistant, Yuli, were so professional in all aspects of the wedding and reception. I would highly recommend this venue to any couple planning a destination wedding. 5stars on all aspects.
