Television in first room didn’t work-management immediately moved us to a different room and helped us w/ moving our luggage.
For breakfast the next day, the server was too busy talking on her phone the whole time to even say ‘good morning’, which would have been ok, except that the biscuits were so hard they were like hockey pucks. Somebody needs to give them some guidelines on how many days to keep the biscuits, and also customer relations.
Obviously the afternoon/night crew cares more about taking care of customers than the morning crew.More
