“Staff biggest asset”

We stayed in a premier pool room for 7 nights and it was fantastic. We arrived after a long day of travelling and the welcome drink was delicious also cold towels very refreshing. Very close to the pool bar although the wifi did not work in the room or out the back. Food was great and always delivered promptly to our room. There is a wide selection available for the breakfast buffet, thanks Yugi for the great service! My wife was a little dissapointed with the spa experience as she had a pedicure which was supposed to last an hour but was finished in 30 mins. The biggest asset for this hotel is the staff, friendly and personable in just the right amount. Employee of the month MUST go to Vector from the pool bar, he made it feel as though we were the only people in the hotel. Also big thanks to Heri, Hera, Oka and Ani for your service.
Would definately stay here again.

Room Tip: Premier pool rooms are great (1006 has a large courtyard) If you love your wifi other rooms are bet...

WOW what a great restaurant, ok so we didn't stay here but the restaurant was recommended by friends. If you are in town do you self a favour and find time to have dinner here. Food was excellent and so were the cocktails. We had entrée, main and cocktails for a total of $25 each. You would think you were eating at a fancy Seminyak restaurant for a 1/4 of the price. Service was very personal and a-tentative. . We were given a tour if the hotel and rooms after dinner at no trouble to them. We will come and stay here for a couple of nights next time

Room Tip: Ground floor

Our 2 night stay at the Magani was fantastic. The hotel is beautifully clean and the rooms are gorgeous. We were in a Premier Pool Room - which was great for our two year old, and also nice for us while she was sleeping. The staff were just fantastic - so friendly and knew us by name throughout our stay. They were gorgeous with our daughter - paying her lots of attention and even taking her for a tour of the restaurant while we settled in for breakfast. The buffet breakfast was the best we have had in Bali - extensive choice and delicious. We will be back.

Room Tip: Ask for a room that is adjacent to the main pool if you have young kids. You can be on a pool chair...

We stayed here for five nights in April and enjoyed our stay. We had a Premier Pool Room which was great value for money and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were attentive and it was a quick exit straight into shops and cafes and taxis were easy to flag directly out the front. Although not on the beach this hotel had a great pool which could sometimes be very loud from the room - this would be the one downfall but could not be escaped due to the design of the hotel. The food was great and breakfast was nice and the hot has excellent wifi. The hotel has recently been built and the finish on some things isn't great. the bathroom tiling, painting and drainage wasn't great but it really didnt matter much to us. We would stay here again due to the location and value for money.

We stayed at the Magani for 5 nights this April 2013 and it exceeded our expectations. The check in and check out were seamless and efficient and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The meals and drinks in the Mozarella restaurant were great. Our complements to two of the servers - Ana & Ani - they were exceptional! Our only regret was we couldn't stay longer.

Once again a big thank you to the Magani for your hospitality. Your hotel is awesome we come here all the time and will come again. Only 1 thing that needs attention is to have chairs or lounges in the private plunge pool rooms so you can relax in your one pool.
Fab.

Room Tip: Plunge pool rooms great.

My husband, children & I came to the Magani to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary & my 30th birthday. We stayed for 16 nights in the Magani Suites. The room was massive and very comfortable. We had a few hiccups with our booking on arrival due to a misunderstanding but it was quickly sorted out for us. The pool is great, the kids (& the adults) had a ball swimming (our kids 4 & nearly 6 learnt to swim at the Magani )
The staff were amazing, very friendly & so helpful. The kids loved the "towel" animals that were made for them.
The buffet breakfast was very plentiful & delicious.
It is also in a great location to shopping, spas, restaurants & the beach.
All in all I would highly recommend for both families & couples alike.
Thank you Magani for making our holiday in Bali memorable & we hope to see you again soon!

Room Tip: When booking for family of 2 adults 2 children, ask for the sofa to made into a bed and an extra bed...
