You definitely get what you pay for. We had a Lagoon access room and it was worth every cent. Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast at the buffet was huge and we also ate at the club lounge which was more relaxing. Will be returning again for sure.

My sister and I had a wonderful time at Padma. Felt very safe, hotel had great security. Location was perfect, right on Legian beach, away from busy Kuta, yet close enough to walk. The breakfast was beyond our expectations, wonderful friendly staff. Liked getting there around 7.30am as breakfast tables outside were always available. Everyday we found some new garden areas or statues that we hadn't noticed walking back to our room. The gardens are amazing! Choice of pools, something for everyone. An amazing resort which deserves it's 5 star rating.

Amazing resort, the two pools are fabulous with there swim up pool side bars, large clean well presented rooms, the whole property was amazing just like a piece of paradise. Breakfast was an experience - the selection of food and beverages were completely out of this world, there is something for everyone. Can't wait to come back

Initially abit preturbed about the prices at this beautiful hotel and very nearly booked elsewhere, however upon arrival I was not disappointed. What a glorious place to stay with such well looked after gardens and grounds and the staff are impeccable. Lots of families, older couples and younger couples here, so not a lot of loud yobbo types thank goodness. Cannot fault the place in any way. Food was excellent with a great choice of both local and Western style food. Location was great too with the beach at the end of the property and the shops just outside the front gates. Would thoroughly recommend this resort to anyone who can afford it, great for families although those of us on a budget may need to save up abit more first! Lucky for me I went with a girlfriend so we split the room cost and it worked out well.

Room tip: We chose a Deluxe Chalet upstairs so that we had less sound from any late night traffic. It was a good idea!

This was a return trip after quite a few years. The hotel was as good, if not better, than I remembered.
We upgraded to the garden club which was excellent value for money.
The rooms and gardens were spotless even though the hotel was fully booked. The staff were a delight with most remembering our names and our preferences.
We did the cooking lesson at the hotel and on the day we booked there was only the two of us and the two chefs.
We had treatments done both by the hotel and the spa on site. While they were lovely, so were some in the surrounding area, and quite a bit cheaper.
I would definitely return.
