Wow what a find! Scrumptious food, excellent service, unique atmosphere, fantastic dinner mood music, wonderful French host who has got it totally right! The furniture is incredible and the sand floor adds a nice beachy touch, all designed by the owner. This is a must visit restaurant!

Me and friends from Austria, living in the hotel nearby we discovered this place by mistake. But sometimes even mistakes are great. Delicious food and very, very nice presented, nice music, friendly people, great atmosphere! We were so enchanted by this place that we went back the last evening in Bali, to have a beautiful remembrance.
Thank you Priss!!!!
Merci, c'etait SUPER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have walked past this place many times and finally we thought we would give it a go. The furniture and decor is unique with everything being solid heavy timber which was designed by the owner, there is beach sand on the floor and very nice easy listening music that is not too loud that you can still sit and have a chat with your friends or loved ones. The food was very tasty and enough on the plate to fill you up and the prices are reasonable. There were three sessions of Balinese dancing throughout the night which was ok because it was only for abut 5 minutes each time and also to danced to different music. There is also a bar and seating on the first floor which has a very relaxing atmosphere and also a couple of tables on the balcony for a nice view of Melasti St whilst dining. There is also underwater themes projected onto the walls giving a real beach feel. All in all this is a place that you should give a try, I don't think you will be disappointed

We stayed quite close to this restaurant and the look and setting caught our eye. We decided to go on the last night of our stay. We gave ourselves 90 minutes to walk in, order, eat then get s cab to the airport for our flight .
That night the restaurant had Balinese dancers which was a good ploy to attract customers. The place seemed quite busy.
We ordered our food around 7pm knowing we should be comfortably out by 8pm, ( very realistic in Bali).
Our concern grew around 7pm as the dancers came on and meals were exiting the kitchen at around 1 plate of food every 10 minutes . The staff seemed more concerned about the dancers rather than getting food to the tables.
We raised our concerns with this staff letting them know we required our food ASAP as we had a plane to catch. The manager assured us the food wouldn't be long.
We were not the only ones concerned as other customers were wondering where their food was . They had been their longer than us.

Around 8pm, 50 minutes after arriving and still hungry another round of dancing came onto the stage. Once again the dancing took first priority and the food was a distant 2nd.
Again we spoke to the manager and said if our food wasn't here in 5 min we would have to leave. He said it would be 10 min. Unfortunately we could not afford to wait over 1 hour for our food so we had to leave hungry.
Our friends who we left there, had said they waited another 20 min for their meal.
We were glad we left when we did.
It was a disappointing end to a great holiday and our only restaurant failure.
They would have to seriously improve their food service before I went back.
