We regret to hear the unpleasant experience that have mentioned towards our room and Breakfast. Regarding your concern about the room, kindly be informed that every hotel in Bali has its own unique with design and concept. The ONE Legian is also built with its unique concept to match with surrounding area but would still deliver it luxury with the excellent services from the staff. We value your detail comment in how you are describing about our room and we may inform you if all of our rooms are uniquely designed based on concept of New Urban Design that defined as design with a touch of Modern Minimalist Style of Living which the size of each category is still consider suitable and comfort for business and leisure travelers. Consider of comfort because of completeness of room, such as big LCD screen, Smart bathroom, refrigerator, safe deposit box, writing desk and other facilities can be still nicely set up inside of our Superior category that only sized of 18 – 20 sqm. With all these complete facilities, guest is still able to move easily, still feel comfort to do their activities in the room and also outside the room even we do not provide any air conditioner outside the room since hotel was designed as semi open air building which has good air circulation. We would do our best to assist guest to get their best experience during their stay as it is a mandatory for us to always take serious action for any feedback addressed by valued guest and assures if the best effort will be taken to resolve the issue whilst the guest is still staying with us.
