We stayed 3 days in the hotel from 31st jan to 2nd feb..

Hotel was average with small rooms n least breakfast options for vegetarians..

The shocking experience was our money was being taken by someone at night.. they dont have latch from inside in the door .. only electronic key having many cards.. thats why two days our money is being taken by somebody their..

Very bad experience.. worst staff n management..

We believe that it is clear explained on website regarding the size of the room where you could use as consideration to choose the type of the room that you would prefer based on its size. We did not get any report regarding your money was lost and we guarantee our staff will not take any valuable things in guest’s room. I booked 2 rooms at this hotel for me and my 3 friends via the hotel website. The hotel site takes payment via Reddot and issues you with confirmation however the Hotel did not reserve the room and claimed to have never received payment despite Reddot finding the transaction and emailing the hotel confirmation. Am yet to receive a refund for the booking a month later after they said the booking was cancelled. DO NOT book via the website.

we are a family with teenagers and partners who are quite relaxed people. We booked three standard rooms only to find them smaller then the ones we have at home ( I live in a 12sq home not very big- my bedroom was larger at home then here) the deluxe rooms were more of what we were expecting unfortunately they wanted to charge us more to get what we were wanted- unlike the photos that they show on their website. They don't even give you face washers but they did give you three bath mats when one barely fits. The noise levels during different events can be heard quite clearly rooms don't have that much sound proofing.
Breakfast was quite boring the food was exactly the same every day and not much western food or variety, especially no real bacon . Some of my group went out for breakfast else where because of this. Location was really good you don't have to go far for restaurants or shopping.

Room tip: deluxe rooms are better

Regarding your concern about the room, kindly be informed that every hotel in Bali has its own unique with design and concept. The ONE Legian is also built with its unique concept to match with surrounding area but would still deliver it luxury with the excellent services from the staff. We value your detail comment in how you are describing about our room and we may inform you if all of our rooms are uniquely designed based on concept of New Urban Design that defined as design with a touch of Modern Minimalist Style of Living which the size of each category is still consider suitable and comfort for business and leisure travelers. Consider of comfort because of completeness of room, such as big LCD screen, Smart bathroom, refrigerator, safe deposit box, writing desk and other facilities can be still nicely set up inside of our Superior category that only sized of 18 – 20 sqm. With all these complete facilities, guest is still able to move easily, still feel comfort to do their activities in the room and also outside the room even we do not provide any air conditioner outside the room since hotel was designed as semi open air building which has good air circulation. We would do our best to assist guest to get their best experience during their stay as it is a mandatory for us to always take serious action for any feedback addressed by valued guest and assures if the best effort will be taken to resolve the issue whilst the guest is still staying with us.

all staff at reception are awesome, they are friendly and very helpful. breakfast is very tasty. The Sky pool is the one thing that i love in this hotel, will return to stay with some friends on the next vacation

My favorite place when im staying in Legian, warm greeting from all the staff especially from reception and the bellboy team they are very friendly and helpfull staff. They did Fast check in, and they gave me early check in even if i came around 11.00am instead of 3 “o clock for check in time, i am really appreciate it. Cause i was little bit sick that time so i can take a rest,. They send me get well soon letter and also fruit platter. I thought that they use lesson “show me you know me” cause all staff in reception they call me by my name. Such a little thing show a thousand mean. Thanks the one legian for take care me during my stay❤️
