Kembali menginap lagi di Pullman kali ini untuk 3 hari 2 malam, dan sekali lagi puas dengan apa yang disediakan oleh Pullman. Mulai dari lokasinya yang tepat berada di depan pantai Kuta. Kali ini saya mendapatkan kamar dengan garden view yang berada di lantai 3, selantai dengan infinity poolnya yang mempunyai pemandangan ke Kuta ^^ love it so much. Selain itu terdapat beberapa kolam di tengah gardennya ^^ Jadi kalau tidak mau panas2an berenang di infinity pool lantai 3, dapat bersantai di kolam yang berada di tengah garden.

Kamar luas, dengan amenities yang super komplit, bahkan disediakan bantal dan selimut lebih ^^ Terdapat shower plus bathtub di bathroom yang luas :D Dan juga mini fridge, hair dryer, bathrobe, safety box. Setiap pagi kamar dibersihkan dan dirapihkan plus tidak lupa ditambahkan amenities yang sudah terpakai.

Selain itu Pullman punya banyak pilihan menu buffet untuk breakfast yang rasanya cukup memuaskan ^^ Definitely will stay here again!

Had a great week at the Pullman, loved the rooms.
Room service was amazing and fast, walk outside onto the balcony to smell beautiful incense (Thats just Bali) but makes me feel so at ease.
The bed, linen and pillows were super comforatble.
Room cleaning was always done when we were out, so it was nice to come back to a beautiful clean room, they even neatly packed away my sons toys and make his portacot. All the employees are very welcoming and would do anythingto help you.
We never got a chance to use the pools or kids club so cannot make comment.
Downsides, we didnt take a credit card with us so any room service had to be paid with cash or they would take our debit/credit card, swipe it and bring it back. Im sure this is every hotel so we will know to bring one with us next year. The laundry service is very very expensive and recommend using one of the laundries down the road $6 compared to $26 (For less items mind you). They advertise (in the room service information) that they provide in room high chairs for children but could not provide us with one as they said they stay at the resturant only, my son had to eat his food sitting on the floor and being a toddler likes to get it everywhere.
Apart from those small things an all over a great stay..

I am Accor Platinum member and had a great experience with Pullman Auckland before. I normally stayed in Starwood Group but this time decided to stay in Pullman Bali. First impression was great, the look of the hotel and the welcoming staff are great.
Part of the platimum member benefit, we get a welcome drink. We ordered the moctail and we would say the worst drink I have ever had in Bali, I could not finished it.
Come to the room, the room is ok but we don't feel its clean, the sofa has stains on it and made us feel uncomfortable.
The wifi was terrible, we had to stay near the door to get a wifi.
The next day, we came to breakfast around 9.30 AM, we would like to order Ommelete and to our surprise, this was the response " I am sorry Sir, we do not have any egg left as we still waiting for delivery" I coudl not believe 5 star hotel run out of egg. The breakfast was not good, although it has a huge variety but many of them does not taste good and empty. When I asked the staff,the response is "sorry we run out, you better come early tomorrow". i came at 9.30 am and the breakefast is till 10.30.
The have many staff but they do not work well together, they rather chatting to each other about " There is a beautiful guest around 30 years old but has a kids".
Now, I understand why this hotel is so cheap.
I would not come back to this hotel and suggest Sheraton Kuta as better accomodation in the area.

The only reason to choose this hotel was because its two bedroom suite. 2 bedrooms joining with a living room and extra bathroom! Strange that when we checked in, we were given a two bedrooms adjacent-one suite with living room. Called the receptionist to double checked, is this a two bedrooms suite? Yes it is, and When I explained, the two bedrooms suite that I saw in the website has the living room in the middle of the two bedrooms, not a living room at the end of the other bedroom.... Then we got the right rooms.
The staff at the infinite pool need service trainings. Everything was soooo slow if not being pushed. Expect food to arrive minimum 45 minutes after order...

Room Tip: If you are a family of 4-5,choose 2 bedrooms with adjoining living room, you get 3 bathrooms!

My husband and I recently spent 6 nights at the Pullman. We have travelled to Bali many times but this was our first stay here. We had a deluxe room with a balcony which overlooked the pool. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was an okay size. Although our room did not include breakfast, the hotel was running a promotion so could purchase a buffet for about $13 AUD which was good value. The breakfast was nice, but the coffee from the coffee machine was terrible. What was supposed to be a cappuccino was just frothy milk with a hint of coffee flavour! We ended up going to Gloria Jeans each morning to get our fix! Although we didn't eat any other meals in the restaurants, we did have room service one night. Took us a while to work out where the room service menu was (it's on the TV). I think we were told this when we checked in, but forgot. The room service food was average to say the least. Was quite cold by the time we got it and was generally not nice. The hotel is large, and offers two swimming pools (and a small children's wading pool). Neither of the pools have a swim up bar. There is a bar near each pool, but the service at these (especially the roof top pool bar) leaves a lot to be desired.
We decided to have a couple of drinks one evening in the roof top pool and watch the sunset. Well, it took 1/2 hr to get our drinks and then only one came! Another gripe about the pool was nearly every time you went there they had no towels! This happened just about every time
we took a swim no matter what time of day. On the plus side the staff were all very friendly and the hotel is in a great location. We like legion and find that everything we need can be found here. If you're looking for a great night out, head to Uncle Norms, about 500m up the road from the Pullman. They have a live band each night and really is good fun! Best of all you can walk to it from the Pullman. Overall the Pullman is quite a nice hotel. It was quiet, well situated and suited our needs. It was just a pity that the service around the pool wasn't a little better.
