Well I am at Pullman now checked in two days go for a week.
Been to Bali 20 times & big hotel very impersonal not ideal for a exotic holiday more like living in apartment.
Its a pool view room & smells terrible of mould even though its new
Very disappointed won't return here that's for sure

Room Tip: Don't stay near pool in 1444 stinks of mould

We stayed here for 5 days with our nearly 3 year old. Hotel itself is huge with beautiful gardens. We had a grand deluxe room which was lovely, very big and spacious - even with an extra bed for our toddler. The bathroom was huge and had a nice layout. Did notice a slight sewer smell but only when we changed the shower or bath nozzles and it went away pretty quick.
We had no issues with mosquitoes at the hotel, but would spray ourselves before we headed out and about.
The staff are lovely, especially Alfie who would have a chat with us and make sure we had everything we needed. He also gave our daughter a "Pullie" Pullman dog toy which made the stay very special for her. Erni was great as well, always came and said hi and cuddled our daughter.
The location is fantastic, walking distance to most things, short cab ride to others. Staff out the front would call down a cab for you to which was nice not having to walk out to the main road.
My only gripe was the air con was so cold, we ended up leaving it off while we slept! There was a lady a couple rooms up from us complaining her air con wouldn't cool and the room was too hot! So who knows.
Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

We stayed here last Christmas, 2013 for 5 nights in the grand deluxe room. The hotel is quite huge! My daughter loves all of the fountains, gardens, and the pool, especially the kids' pool. The check in process was so slow and beyond your imagination if it's a Pullman. The first person we approached in the check in counter told us that we need to return in the next 3 hours (yes we arrived at 12.00 NOON), then we went for lunch outside the hotel. After we returned at 15.30, we met a trainee at the front desk and was acting confused and panic when we asked for our room. Another 20 minutes later, this lady showed up and told us that the room would be available within 15 minutes. OK, we were travelling with a kid aged of 3.5 YO and needed a shower. Anyway, yes they placed us in a grand deluxe facing the pool, so forgiven.

More to come. The fridge was out of order and we did call for several times and finally, was fixed during our 3rd day of stay (although not 100% work well). The towels were only provided for 2 person, we informed during our booking that we would bring our 3.5 YO during our stay and given the 3rd towel on our 3rd day of stay.

The breakfast was standard, the taste can be said quite bland for local people, but still OK. We love about the breakfast time since we could sit next to the pool and watch our daughter played by the pool. She loves the kids menu and FYI, all alacarte menu are delicious!

The cleaning service of our room was acting very slow. We left the hotel around 10.30 but when we returned around 4.30, the room was still untidy although (yes) our room located next to the cleaning service station on our floor and the sign asking to be clean was perfectly switched on. Anyway, happened for 2-3 days in a row. Geez...LOL The balcony door cannot be closed tightly, the mosquitos could attact us anytime (the mosquito lotion or anything that can prevent us from the attack was useless).

Hopefully, the staffs will be more attentive to the guests since we really do love the location of the hotel, pool, and the design of the room itself.

I returned to Pullman Bali Legian Nirwana for another relaxing holiday at the hotel which is extremely close and walking distance to all Kuta and Legian has to offer. Plus a quick taxi ride to Seminyak and its fabulous restaurants. Suggest you try the restaurant for the seafood buffet which was delectable and not crowded. The infinity pool is a truly great place to relax and there was fireworks on the beach each night.

Room Tip: The Ocean View rooms are a must.

Stayed in Pullman for 2 nights and really wish I can stay longer. The hotel is beautiful and grand, we booked a one bed room suite and a grand deluxe. Both rooms are huge and nice and equipped with everything you need for a good hotel stay. Breakfast is good, have lots of choices and the staff are extremely helpful.
The hotel is opposite to Kuta beach and is near to BeachWalk shopping mall too

It is hard to describe this hotel. It is a well landscaped and maintained hotel from the outside. However, it seems to be lacking something which is hard to put a finger to. The corridor air was stale and could be better ventilated. I had a room upgrade to a suite with a huge living room area, but somehow it is probably one of those times which I did not come to appreciate it much. The living was a separate area altogether and we spent a total of less than 15 mins in the area over 2 nights. Mosquitoes also disturbed me through the night. That said, it is a Pullman hotel and it did deliver on the minimal expected. The highly positive thing was actually the spa. The massage was extraordinary and worth the money if there is some money to spare.

We are just back from a wks stay at the pullman its an amazing hotel and the service was great from opening the taxi door when you arrive to remembering your name everytime they saw you.erni was amazing and so helpful she really went out of her way to make sure everything was ok for us.the rooms were fab.really big comfy bed and the bathroom was out of this world.(i could live there)i loved the infinity pool was really good size and great views.will def b back to stay at the pullman again..
