The environment of the hotel is nice...
Even tough they have several pools but the pools are not that big...
The roof top pool has a nice view...and lesser crowds if compare with the ground floor ones...

The size of the room is ok, not that small not that big..
The bathroom is nice...and the amenities are completed...

Not that excellent but not poor too :)

We just checked out from Novotel Nusa Dua, Bali. These two hotels are under Accor group. In Bali, near the beach, but the experiences were totally different.
Our room's floor's so dusty and sticky. I had to mop the floor and the towel turned black.
The mattress's smaller than the bed (made of wood). 1st night, my baby fell on her forehead (hit the bed). 2nd day she hit the bed and bump her eyelid. Bruised and bump so we called the Operator to do something with the bed. We waited till hours and no respond.

We were chased for the swimming towel. 1st time ever experienced this. They called us to our room and argued to return the towel immediately.

Two things that define this Resort Hotel:
1. Expensive hotel
2. Poor quality rooms (not Accor Standard)

I have been to this place on a business trip. Found this Hotel to be ok. The bad outweigh good points.

First good points:
Resort looks semi luxurious. Breakfast spread is decent though I expect such places to serve fresh juices and fruits. This was a little disappointing.
They have a couple of swimming pools though very small in size.
Lunch has a variety to choose from and was acceptable if not great.

Bad:
Rooms always emanate a smell. Bathroom area was unbearably stinking. Though I complained a few times but they didn't bother. Rooms are dangerously inhibited by mosquitoes and hotel has provided a suffocating mosquito repellant spray.

Bed linen was a thin sheet blanket and dirty. I asked them to change this a few times but they didn't change for 3 days and then I gave up.

If you intend to organise a conference - please look out for other better options because the rooms are quite claustrophobic.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and found it just a large modern hotel which could have been anywhere in the world. Had a great view overlooking legion beach . Found the pools were small
For a hotel of its size.

Room Tip: Pay the extra and get a sea view

This hotel is located right across the beach between Seminyak and Kuta and its location is probably its best asset.

Requested a quiet room and ended up been allocated a room right above the swimming pool, so very noisy from kids playing in the pool.

Room was quite large but despite the hotel being fairly new (0nly 3 YO) the room looked older, may be due to decor.
bathroom was OK with bath and shower and all the amenities you could expect from Accor. In the cupboard a very nice surprise , yoga mat, beach bag and some small gym equipment like skipping cord.

Hotel Gym, small but very friendly staff . The only problem is the Air conditioner it did not work despite staff attempt to call maintenance... This is not acceptable as the gym was one of the deciding criteria when choosing this hotel

Swimming pool. Hotel - 2 swimming pool but not enough towels. On 2 occasions were told to use our room towels.....

Hotel Spa . Beautiful spa . had a great massage but not impressed by Charkra realignement massage as staff were extremely nice but not too sure of what they were doing. Stick to basic massage ..
Hydro therapy pool is really nice but 2 stations were under maintenance and not working.

Room Tip: They don't read your request so wait and make your request on arrival.

Hotel really modern and minimal.
Check-in quite slow, even if the welcome cocktail was good.
Room modern and nice, but from the toilet comes out sewer smell...terrible!
Nice pool in the roof top, but the towels have to be collected ONLY in the ground floor...really uncomfortable!
Lack of private space with sun beds on the front beach..it's necessary for a 4* or 5* star hotel with front beach!!! Don't you think?
Spa services too expensive.
Not so many restaurants around.
Too pollution in the surrounding streets.
Beachwalk centre for shopping is far 10min for the hotel.

Honestly speaking, don't try Kuta or Legin area...too crowded and polluted! Go to Sanur or Jimbaran....really better!

Room Tip: Don't Go in Kuta area!
