“Cheap and cheerful!”
Reviewed December 7, 2012

Great spot for families right on Double six on the beachfront. Cheap night out with a great selection of food and all tasty and consistent upon each visit.

I'd certainly recommend to anybody travelling to Bali on a budget and/or with children or big groups.

“good food all day, relaxed, great people watching”
Reviewed December 4, 2012

From March to November of 2012 I visited Bali five times and kept coming back here. For dinner it is very relaxing with a wide mix of customers, generally NOT large noisy groups. I usually had pizza but everything that I tried was good. I stopped down from my hotel just off of Jalan Arjuna for capucchino and pastries on a few mornings and I found that I could sit further back, inside the building and experience quiet that is hard to find in the area.
The location is excellent, part of a string of restaurants right on the beach road. So you can wander from here to find seating on the beach, relax at Cocoon, and possibly just stroll back to your hotel.

“If it's Pizza, it's Zanzibar”
Reviewed November 28, 2012

The pick of that strip of beach, and certainly well run,
great food and very friendly service.
Having been in the area over many years,
have eaten at Zanzibar often.
Have tried many of the dishes on the menu,
the Indonesian food is very good quality
and large servings (western)
The Italian (owner) food is excellent, and salads are great.
But the best by far for me is THE PIZZA (with a Bintang)
Freshly handmade dough, great toppings that end up on
a thin-crispy-crust from the woodfired oven. To die for.
Over the years, the crowd has gone from Euro
to Aussie families, but still a nice place to visit.
Great location, and beautiful views of the sunset.
A must to visit on that strip of beach.
