People kept mentioning the new South American style place in Kerobokan so I went in search and found Barbacoa... and it's Aussie exec chef/owner!!
Adam Dundas-Taylor is one cool guy who has pulled off a very unique restaurant in amongst many great restaurants in this trendy dining part of Bali. Food, service, drinks, general ambience...fabulous. Try it. It's certainly now on my list of Best dining in Bali.
