Description: Barbacoa is dedicated to BBQ, wood fire, charcoal and smokey flavours. Our cuisine is Latin American based set in a large warehouse space with massive high ceilings with rustic wood, sandstone walls, mosaic tiled floors and vintage leather banquettes which is totally unique and warm in every way. Our chefs are passionate and proud of the food we serve. We use the best produce available to create delicious, unpretentious food using old and modern techniques. The restaurant has air conditioning inside as well as outdoor spaces over looking the rice fields. Our cocktails and wines are selected and prepared with attention to detail and can be enjoyed at the bar or at your table during dinner.

Amazing place, incredibly tasty & well presented food, delicious cocktails and fantastic service! Visited only a few weeks ago only 1 month into their opening. Great job guys well done, see you again next year & can't wait to have a drink in your tequila bar

The team behind Barbacoa clearly love everything they do. The space is amazing and filed with quality fit out that makes you forget you're in a land of low building quality.

You will have heard about the whole pork and lamb roasting on a big open for a you enter. But you may not yet have heard how hard these guys clearly work on service. The two times I've been so far the service has been far and very friendly. Not perfect yet but really trying hard. I'd compare it to the great service at Mama San, but friendlier.

But back to the food. Besides that lamb and pork, the grilled seafoods have been amazing. The octopus, the prawns, delicious! The desserts are also great and my favorite is actually the chocolate truffles.

The wine list is refreshingly fairly priced and the cocktails have been great so far.

Barbacoa deserves to become a favorite in the better end of the Bali dining scene. It will certainly be one of mine!

I had the pleasure of attending Barbacoa on their second night open, where I sampled tasting plates from the menu. Every dish was a taste sensation, the staff were lovely and the owners were hands on in making sure we were well looked after.

This is a great addition to dinning in Bali. Looking forward to returning to sample more culinary delights!

This place is simply stunning - we walked in and just felt the WOW factor. The decor is amazing...and it's set in such a big and roomy atmosphere. You can't help but be impressed. We started with the house special spicy margarita coctails on the back terrace - good choice since we got a great feel for the casually elegant setting in the twilight hour. A great start, but then we went back inside we were just were blown away by the food and wine. This is 5 Star dining all the way. The slow cooked suckling pig is superb...we didn't try as many of the dishes as we wanted (some of them sounded truly mouth watering) and we regreted not ordering more dishes and sharing them around the table rather than ordering individually. We plan to do this next time we visit and I really hope that's soon. If you're looking for something to add to your top 10 all time best wine/dining experiences, this one is it. Adam, you have created something special here. Congratulations to you and your staff.

I had a wonderful experience . Decor stunning . The owner / chef Adam is doing wonderful things here . I saw him out of the kitchen a lot , ( with a sweat as he was very busy ) talking to his clients , checking all his food was good etc . This is rarely seen in any restaurant these days. Even in Sydney . The lovely lady Jess introduced herself . The Balinese staff looked smart / attentive . A great space , great people , great food , LOVE BALI LOVE BARBACOA
