We had a great time at this hotel. Basically we got a good deal compared to a couple other ones in the area. Close to Seminyak center, and oceanfront. Beach isn't as clean and pristine on this side of the island. But still beautiful beachfront location. We spent a whole day outside in the nice pool with tiki bar, overlooking ocean. Food wasnt as good but you have more options with plenty of restaurants in the area. We specially liked Potato Head, steps away if you walk on the beach. For their buffet breakfast offers many options, we are the spoiled kind and didnt like it much either. Quality is better than quantity folks, in this case applies. WiFi in the rooms was on and off...i guess thats as promised : connection only on common areas -which was true. The best part, even if the hotel's common areas are not as luxurious or updated... We got a villa and we were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful clean and comfy it was. Dreamed slate and marble bathroom with huge semi-outdoor shower (with good pressure ) and separate sections for toilet and bidet. Staff was nice and helpful. The highlight was the spa on site. Massages were very affordable and therapists were good. I would come back if in seminyak.

Lovely hotel - but the place needs to be updated. The rooms are comfortable and clean but
the plumbing is bad, the tv is outdated and the internet - though they say they have wifi, the signal in the room is terrible. As a result everyone goes to the lobby to get a signal.
We booked 3 rooms - if you have an elderly person staying this is not the hotel for you, there are lots of steps and no elevator.
The hotel is beautiful, the breakfast is excellent. The staff is absolutely wonderful and the location is great - its right on the beach. The are restaurants close by within walking distance too that are nice. And massage places that are clean and good within walking distance too.
All in all a great place to stay if you do not let minor hassles bother you. And the Balinese people are the nicest and make everything better.

This hotel is amazing. Although we stayed in a budget room, it was still first class to us. Wi-fi only worked in the lobby but we only needed that to get in touch with our guides. The view looking out to the ocean from the pool was stunning. The food was wonderful and the buffet breakfast everyday was different. The staff were so helpful and always happy. All they did was joke around with us which we loved. Happy hour was my favourite time of the day and staff at the pool bar were always up for a good ol chat. Laundry was quite expensive as they charge per item but other than that, Grand Balisani Suites is HEAVEN ON EARTH. The only hotel we'll ever stay at when visiting Bali
