Indonesian cuisine is full of flavor with its country's abundance of spices and herbs. But talking about food technique, Indonesian food is not that into it yet. But in Merah Putih, you got the best of both! We had crispy duck, suckling pig and iga bakar. It taste amazing! I recommend the Iga bakar. It tastes awesome-ly Indonesian yet the texture is so soft (you don't even have to chew!). The owner said that they have two head chefs. One is an Indonesian chef to handle the flavor and one is an Australian chef to take care about the food texture & presentation, no wonder! A bit pricey for Indonesian food but it worth every penny. Don't be deceived by the look of the restaurant from outside, it looks 10x better from the inside!
