Just left here as the minimum spend for a cabanna today was an AUD100 ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!

There was an accoustic band playing and they were s...! We have left and gone back to our hotel the W which is way more chilled and way better equipped!

The staff attitude stunk today aswell, everything was too hard when i said the music was too loud thats why we were leaving i got told "maybe you should go somewhere quieter" as he snatched the money i was paying him for our bill!

This is not the first time i have had issue at this Mozaic, some weeks ago i was in a cabanna reading and the staff came up to me and told us to move as it was reserved, i said to them i did not see a reserved sign in it when i arrived? They couldn't care less and just pointed to the sunbeds up the front that we were being hearded to, not even apology!!! That would've done!!!!! Not to mention a free drink.....and then who do i see it was "reserved" for? A noisy expat family with aggrivating teenage boys! I don't know why i stayed let alone have gone back- i certainly won't be - Ku De Ta is the original beach club and still the best!!
I own property here in Bali and am here very frequently and so are my clients, i won't be recommending Mozaic any time soon!!!!!!

It is disappointing to hear that your recent visits to Mozaic did not meet your expectations, especially in relation to our staff attitudes. We have a very rigorous training program in place to ensure the level of service is of the highest standard on the island and our guests leave satisfied and happy.

We recently introduced a Gazebo Package for Sundays as this is one of our most popular days at the Beachclub for guests to graze and drink beachside in relaxed style and comfort. This all inclusive package for 4 people at IDR 1,000,000 net includes tapas, beverages and pool towels with an additional IDR 300,000 for each extra person. On all other days there is no minimum spend required for the gazebos and they are on a first come, first served basis.

We take onboard that perhaps this package or promotion was not communicated to you adequately and will ensure that all staff brief our guests on arrival, especially in relation to our Sunday packages.

We also offer a special 3 course set menu on Sundays at IDR 295,000 net with beer bucket and cocktail specials for those not wishing to choose the cabana option.

Nice beach club but more of an older crowd. Very laid back unlike other clubs. The music is great but if you are looking for a true party scene this is not the place.

Ambience is good, location in a quiet beachfront therefore you dont see too many guests running about chasing sunsets. We ordered king crab salad and slipper lobster with pork belly - a must try. Desserts? Will not find much cream&butter but instead, kaffir lemon sorbet or basil gelatos for a change. Last but not least .. wide selection of wines ...

The perfect place on the beach with sun beds and swimming pool. More upscale than potatohead and kudeta, less busy and with excellent food.
Very nice for the relaxing day on the beach and nice lunch. Will definitely come again.

We were impressed by the atmosphere of the resto, and the free appetizer given to us. The bread with truffle infused and the potato that looks like a stone. We were expecting foood to be as exciting. We were wrong. Not only that it took too long for our main courses to come out, the food was really mediocre. Went there with my big family so basically tried almost everything. Scallops, wagyu short ribs, the iberico, truffle risotto, etc etc was just okay. Nothing special. Have had waaaay better ones before.
