On a weekend trip to Bali, we thought we would give the beach club a try. We knew about it's "parent" Mozaic in Ubud from an experience in Jakarta so had pretty high expectations.
We were not disappointed. A warm greeting and a nice (semi) booth. The room is open to the elements, and there was a slight breeze. I am not normally in for alfresco, but this worked.
We didn't have the tasting menu, but it looked good. I tried scallops, which were fantastic, and my second course of Iberian Pork was super. My wife enjoyed fois gras and followed up with a wonderful snapper. The wine selection was good and the service very good. All in all, a great meal and worth the effort to go there.
