Past visit's to Naughty Nuri's had left me with an impression good enough to recommend this restaurant to a number of friends and family, however how things have changed. The front of house staff are still fantastic, as are all the staff attentive as they scurry around like little red shirted ants assisting to the whims of the patrons. However the place has seemed to got a fast food vibe about it, and I wonder if besides the novelty of the ribs and the staff gathering around a table and chanting shake, shake, shake as they shake and pour a cocktail maybe all it has going for it now? The patronage previously had been a mix of western, local and visiting asians, however on this particular night was 90% asian tourist, when a large tourist bus of asian guests pulled up outside it reiterated how word of mouth had made this restaurant so popular. The food! Well, if you're not having the ribs I probably wouldn't bother, just wanting a good salad and tuna which on previous visits had been very tasty, was bland and unimaginative. The cocktail was average for want of a better word, and the hustle and bustle, guests jumping around taking happy snaps and smoke from the grill was enough to say thanks for the memories Naughty Nuri's but I wont be seeing you again.
