Kokonut suites is definitely beyond expectation. Spacious room with everything u need and more: umbrella, hairdryer, shaver, bathrobe, even extra pillow! . Room is very clean, towel smells good, comfortable bedsheet, and the staff are genuinely friendly. Probably one of the best stay i have experienced!. Under affordable price, I stated Kokonut Suite as highly reccomended, and i will definitely go back.

We booked a 1br suite at the Kokonut Suites primarily because of the price (less than 100 USD with breakfast thanks to Agoda) and the venue (advertised as being close to Seminyak). The suites turned out to be pretty good value for the venue and services offered.

The pluses:
- Decently near Seminyak without being in the heart of the noise;
- Next to Metis, one of the top ranked restaurants in the area; and near other famous places like Sarong, Ku De Ta and Potato Head;
- Livingstone Bakery, the on-premises restaurant / bakery / cafe is in my opinion really nice; the breakfast provided is HUGE and great; and also has some nice lunch options even if you decide to try something else. In fact, the cafe was so popular that people from other hotels came for a bite, so that's pretty awesome;
- The 1-br suite itself is relatively spacious for 2 people; and the sofa and bed were extremely comfortable (so much so my wife and I had a far-too-long post-breakfast nap);
- I found the service very good (despite what other reviewers might say) - the staff were exceedingly polite and helpful, and tried to help us whenever they could.

The minuses:
- While the bathroom itself is generally ok, the shower furnishings were a little old and rusted - was fine by me but might bother some;
- No lifts so not recommended for travelers who have difficulties with stairs;
- Our suite faced a construction project - so it was a little dusty on the 1st day we were there and we couldn't sit outside. I could enjoy the balcony on the 2nd day (a Saturday) but something to watch out for.

All in all, for the value and accessibility to Seminyak, I couldn't complain and I have no issues with coming back to stay at the Kokonut Suites when I'm back in Bali.

I stayed at kokonut suites on June 5-8, 2014. We booked 3 rooms. The rooms are quite nice. My room's livingroom aircon is not working so well. When I call the reception to fix it, no one coming.

The breakfast were very good until the staff did unpleasant attitude for three days. Very sucks.

Stayed in 2 bedroom suite (2202) for 3N. Very spacious and both rooms had their own ensuite and a/c. Beds/pillows were clean & comfortable - I slept very well. Large balcony overlooks the pool.

Bathroom needs better ventilation, but not a huge deal. Water pressure was fine and no issues with hot water. Complimentary water comes in glass bottles (so much better than plastic!).

Staff were polite and all requests carried out promptly. Wake up call on time. Rooms made up nicely each day.

Kids enjoyed having Cartoon Network/Nicklodeon/Disney Channel on the TV. Plenty of cable channels for the adults too.

Location-wise it is within walking distance to some restaurants and mini mart. It is close to the action without being IN the action. A taxi ride to Seminyak Square approx 20,000rupiah. The onsite bakery/cafe was pleasant and great for grabbing a quick bite/takeaway.

No lifts - make sure you request a ground floor room if stairs aren't your thing!

Room Tip: No lifts - choose ground floor if you don't like or have difficulty with stairs.
