Excellent value hotel, rooms were clean, breakfast was abundant and ample, excellent atmosphere surrounded by rice fields and staff attentive. Great place to start as its in the homewares section of retail stores.

We stayed at Kokonut Suites the first few days in Bali. The room was very comfortable and a nice breakfast. We were disappointed with the massages as they were very quick (45 minutes when we paid for an hour), but the overall staff was wonderful.

Kokonut suites were quite the let down. The photos look amazing and it sounds much closer to Seminyak than what it is.

The staff were not very friendly in general, and the pool is in the shade until late in the afternoon.
The breakfast was very mediocre and the service was poor.
The rooms were clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable but the bathrooms were incredibly poor. Ladies take note - there are NO benched in the bathroom, only a 3 inch ledge in front of the mirror so using the bathroom to wash your face and/or put make up on is incredibly difficult and even more so if you are sharing the bathroom with another person.

Overall it was a nice enough hotel to stay in, no major complaints except the bathroom's, but compared to the photos it was a real let down. We paid quite a bit to stay there, it wasn't expensive as such but it was certainly a lot more expensive than other "cheaper" options in Seminyak and from what I can gather it was quite the rip off.

I won't be staying there again, nor would I recommend it as since being I now realise the huge selection of options that are higher grade and in the same price category.

Room Tip: If you are staying here the 1 bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors are nicer and have much better natural light than those on the ground floor. The 2 bedrooms opions are substancially nicer and much more comfortable to spend time in with more than 1 person.

Great position, but the rooms are quiet. You are within 10 minutes walking distance of some of the best restaurants to be found anywhere. The suites are spacious and tranquil. The pool can be a little chilly in the cooler mid-year months. The spa services were excellent. We loved this property.

Room Tip: Upper floor in the second block has wonderful rice-paddy views.

The hotel is nice, the room is big including living room, kitchen with standard equipment, and balcony. The breakfast is just ok for the price that you pay. The problem is that it is far from the beach.

Room Tip: Choose the one heading to the pool
