OMG the rooms are huge! More like apartments.
Bar staff were great, then we went to eat.
Steak, chicken or asparagus, were all the same color......black!
Most of our party went to bed hungry. Possibly the worst food I've had, no really, it was bad.
The chef came out to see us when all the plates were going back still full.
He asked how it was and was not ready when 8 of our group told him.
Almost felt bad for him.
Best bit, they still charged for all the meals, lol
This hotel could be great if they get a chef who can cook.
Conference facilities were also very good, and the buffet lunch was ok, maybe just caught the chef on an off day....a very off day

The good: room was clean, 2 bedroom suite was big, bed linens were fresh and clean.
The needs improvement: kitchen was barely usable because there was nothing to clean dishes, no sponge, no cascade, no garbage bags. Very minimal in the way of supplies...including bathroom supplies...but it was clean. We were there on a 2 night, 3 day stay and left the room at noon on the 2nd day. when we got back to the room at 8pm it still hadn't been cleaned. That wasn't good because we had 4 in our party and only 1 teeny shampoo they gave us :)
The bad: our room faced a busy busy street looking at the Towson University bridge...it was really loud all night..even with the windows closed.
I would stay again, but would request a quiet room and more supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. All in all a good stay.

Stayed one night at this hotel. Given an executive suite at a very affordable rate. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good at a reasonable price as well. Nothing outstanding about this hotel but I would stay ehre again. No room service so if youa rrive late your only options are snacks in the lobby or vending machines. Request a room on the opposite side of the hotel away from the highway!

Room Tip: Upper floor, away from vending and elevators and away from the highway side of the buidling

I have stayed at the property before and enjoyed my stay. The property looks to have been recently upgraded. Its across the street from Towson University and walking distance to town. We had the breakfast buffet which was quite good, service was also very good.

Room Tip: We stayed in a Business Suite which was surprisingly large. It had a full kitchen, living room , bed...

As big as an apartment and the govt rate was under $100. Makes me wish I were staying more than one night.
Close to the highway too - convenient.
Well done Marriott! (as usual)

My wife called the group-accommodation person to make arrangements for a good-sized group of us to stay at this Marriott in mid-August. She found her to be very helpful and pleasant. Upon our arrival, the desk clerk was really friendly and spent time to make sure that everyone in our party that decided to stay here from 2 to 3 nights had rooms that were close to each other and that they were what they needed. We all were very impressed by the size of the rooms, cleanliness, and amenities. Most of all, the staff were great (thanks!) and we would stay again.

Room Tip: The 2-bedrooms are large. If you want a king bed, check the singles (large too).

Hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful. A "happy hour" get-together for about 28 friends/family went off without a hitch; hors d'oeuvres were delicious and wait staff very attentive. A breakfast buffet for about the same number of people again went very smoothly. I would highly recommend this hotel as they bend over backwards to please.
