What a gem this is in Amed! Thrilled to find cooking classes so far from the main centres. Organic fresh food from the garden, fresh fish caught that morning. Beautiful, smart savvy chef Anis and her lovely husband and staff! We ground our spices to a paste in an ancient Balinese pestle and mortar passed down through generations. Fantastic!! 200000 rupiah is Very affordable for an hours session of cropping, cooking followed by a relaxed meal eating what we'd created. Thank you Anis xxxxx
