I love the simplicity yet delicious touch to each dish, from a simple margarita pizza, grilled mahi-mahi to balinese chicken/pork dish. The chocolate ganache dessert is also exceptional. Being in a laid back environment, they do take dining quite seriously to satisfy international customers. Definitely will come back to this place when diving around Amed.

If you are in Amed for a few days like we were, after a while you want to have something other then Balinese or Indonesian food. In this case, some locals recommended Guste which was a little bistro which serves some great comfort foods like home made pasta, a tasty juicy burger, and a chocolate pie which was probably one of the best I've had in a long while (it was smooth, rich, but not too sweet or heavy). The only unfortunate part was we had to catch a flight shortly after so had to eat quicker then preferred. Otherwise I'd definitely take my time there and enjoy the ocean view seating as well

Me and my girlfriend just came from a great evening at Gusta Resto's. Food was very tasty, prices reasonable (cheap by Canadian standards), embience was perfect, and the service was amazing. You must try the toast with eggplant sauce...holy smokes! Make sure you leave room for Banacof (please excuse the spelling) dessert...wow!
