Food si great and varied. It's not a top notch 5 star restaraunt but he quality of the meals and servings is all a holiday maker requires. There is plenty of choices and it would take over 4 weeks to have every selection. The staff are always friendly and ever helping

“You're missing out if you don't try this AT LEAST once!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 3, 2013

I've eaten at Baliku countless times, and never once have I had a bad meal. If you want to spoil yourself or someone special and you're looking for a memorable evening with an unforgettable feed, this is the best place in Amed to go without a shadow of doubt.

Tucked away from the main road in Amed in amongst the peaceful village life, this hotel and restaurant really know how to make you feel special. The staff are attentive, the ambiance is romantic and tranquil and the entire evening can pass in a heartbeat as your lost in the totally dreamlike experience which is Baliku.

The little details of Baliku don't go unnoticed either, from the candles on the table to the beautiful flowers carefully arranged in the bathroom. Presently there is a lovely Christmas feel to the restaurant where the owner Donna has gone all out and purchased a Christmas tree and a singing Santa Claus - nothing is too much. Such detail is a rarity in Bali, particularly in the East.

The menu is full of variety and another fabulous touch is the free afternoon tea and cakes which Donna puts on for her guests to enjoy.

Baliku also offer a pick up service for those who wish to share in this experience but don't have transport.

My recommendation would be to try this restaurant out during the beginning of your Amed trip as I have no doubt you will be wanting to go back!

“Nice!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 16, 2013

Balinese chef, Aussie owner. East meets west, this is a great place to stop to eat. In our case lunch. The waiter Ketut was especially friendly.
I went for a very nice Mahi Mahi, changed to mash to wedges, but my wife chose a bagon, egg, tomato roll. Washed down by a Bintang and an Illy coffee to top off. All for 280,000 RP

Will surely go back

“Great Food and Good Value”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 12, 2013

Love the Restaurant at Baliku. The food at Baliku is of a very high standard and is also very reasonably priced. The Menu has a lot of choices which was great as we stayed at Baliku Resort for 12 days. The Restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the service is great. We also had a lovely meal sent up to our rooms which were at the very top of the hill the Resort is set on (100 steps up)
