When we arrived we felt at home immediately! We've been here for 9 nights and we felt horrible when we had to leave. We wished we could have spend the rest of our time in Indonesia at GGS.
The rooms are very nice and clean, the staff is amazing and the dive school is great.
Liselotte takes care of everything, arranging a trip, planning the dives, organizing a party, dinner on great locations, transport....you don't have to worry about anything.
David and Liselotte, thank you for everything and we hope to see you next year!

We stayed at Geria Giri Shanti this month and what a fantastic time we had. Lisa and David are awesome hosts. I consider Geria Giri Shanti the best place I stayed at in Bali. Lisa has a good knowledge of Amed and helped organise places to eat and day trips out including driver. We decided to stay longer in Amed and lisa helped us out with more accommodation, as she was fully booked, and also still helped with bookings and great advise. Out standing little jewel in Amed

I stayed in Geria Giri Shanti Bungalows in august for a week, and I immediately understood why they received so many positieve comments. The service and helpfulness of Liselotte is exceptional, and the crew is really nice and friendly. They show you around and make you feel at home right away.
The bungalows are really nice, clean and atmospheric in nice Balinese style and are located between a nice green garden.
If I'd known how much I would enjoy this place (and Amed) and would have stayed longer, so I'll come back one day for sure:) Amed is a nice and quite place, and diving around Amed and Tulamben is fantastic.
I'll give them 5 stars, because I cannot give more.

(ps they have really nice Ice-Tea!)

We had a fantastic stay at Geria Giri Shanti, & Lisa certainly made our whole atay in Amed enjoyable with all her helpfull hints of things to do & places to eat. We only stayed two nights as thats all I had booked & this place is so popular I had to book months in advance.Lovely time snorkeling. Even when we moved to another establishment Lisa was more than happy to arrange day trips & book diners & drivers for us, Lisa you certainly made Amed a memoriable place for us,thank you so much xx

We had a wonderful time at Geria Giri Shanti. Our 6 year old son loved playing with the kittens and tagging along with our dives. The service was exceptional. They were super helpful with everything we need. The dive center was well run with experienced and solid Divemasters. Booking tickets, transportation, restaurant recommendations or whatever, was expertly handled without fuss. Thank you for our wonderful stay

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely loved it! From the second we arrived we were warmly greeted by the owner with a little tour of the property and then offered a nice refreshing drink. She sat with us a little while to chat and give us great restaurant suggestions. She was so nice, It really felt like we were visiting old friends. We were here to relax and it was the perfect location for it, located up on the hill surrounded by lush gardens and catered to better than in a five star hotel, but all at an amazingly low price. Complimentary drinks all day, great breakfast and free water bottle refills wow! We were sad to go, but left feeling completely relaxed and re-energized. I could not think of a better location.

Very good place to see Amed Area if you rent a motorbike or hire a driver.
A lot of very good places (The grill :)) to eat just around the hotel but if you want to do snorkeling, you have to go a little bit further (coral garden...) to find good spot!
As read in other reviews, Liselotte is very energyfull and has a lot (more than a lot!!!) of advices!
We didn't try to dive with her but everything looked very clean and cool!
Thank you to her and her husband for their welcoming and for everything.
Rooms are clean and good but be careful from mosquitos at night and during your shower (outside bathroom).
A very good place to go and to come back!

Room Tip: Prefer rooms far from the street.
