The location is excellent and the villas are nice. But although the stuff was very friendly and tried to help, they sometimes seemed overstrained with their duties. Also the English of some staff was poor, e.g. in the restaurant, which caused some 'misunderstandings'.
The owner and the french manager were not there when we stayed 4 nights in Onlyou and it sometimes felt like if a bunch of kids try to run a hotel.
An absolute 'no-go' for a resort that calls itself '5 star' is that they charged me a (for Bali) ridiculous amount of money for the two (!) slices of extra toast I asked for at breakfast (additional to the two in had...).
From all the accomodations we had in Bali Onlyou was the 'weakest' - not particularly bad as the location is great (esp. for snorkeling & diving), but for the high price we cannot really recommend it.
