The hotel is clean and spacious. Good airy and clean rooms. Everything worked for me, so not sure about lack of maintenance from other reviews. The location is on the beach - which they are making efforts to keep clean. The staff are very attentive, if a little bit slow - but what do you expect from island life? It all adds to the peaceful unhurried lifestyle, so don't expect anything else.... Good prices, and more than willing to cater for a hungry and thirsty group just in from the remote islands. Mosquitos are a problem - and travellers need to protect themselves - but that doesn't just go for the hotel. The restaurant is an unfriendly barn - could use some ambience, and the food is adequate if uninspiring. Best thing about the hotel is the excellent value on offer in such a remote spot, and I suspect my rating would be different if I wasn't comparing it to overpriced Bali.

Staying in this hotel for 3 nights in Aug-12. The location is very good with access to Natsepa beach. Good place to stay away of the crowd in the city. But sad to see the beach full with rubbish while this is one of the strong point of this hotel.

This hotel is new, they said like 5 years old when we were there in 2012. But the it is obvious that the maintenance is fairly poor. I do recommend the management to better maintain the rooms and all facilities as this hotel has much potentials.

We stayed there during Ramadhan season and in the restaurant they only played Ramadhan songs like everyone stayed in that hotel had to hear it all day long. When we asked to turn on traditional Ambonese songs, they did not give any answer. It drove us crazy the whole evening sitting in the restaurant with this music while our table was the only one occupied that evening.

We're staying as a group during our transit to and from Ceram island. The view is breathtaking... Very beautiful scenery of beach and mountain. But building needs more maintenance. Room is ok but mosquitoes are quite often. Bring mosquito patches

Located near Natsepa Beach, the most famous beach in Ambon. This is one of the best hotel with beautiful scenery that i ever stay. If you want to relax in a quiet and peaceful place, you have to stay in this hotel. You will see the breathtaking view, started when you come at the lobby. Every room has a sea view, but i think the best view is the room in the second floor. Room is large, with sofa and balcony, but no wifi connection, only LAN connection for your laptop. You can find wifi only at lobby and restaurant. I tried mango juice and nasi goreng, it was ok but overpriced (i think). You have to try the swimming pool, which located right before the sea. It was excellent. I would love to be back someday.

I stayed here 25-28th September with a group from the UK - we had daily trips out and it was nice to come back to a quiet, relaxed and tranquil place. Is around 30 mins from the airport and 15 mins to Ambon Town.
The hotel is massive, on first sight not attractive, but when you get to the lobby, restaurant and rooms it was lovely, with beautiful views, just very very quiet (a bonus in my opinion).
The pool area was lovely, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the bed wonderfully comfortable - though for a hotel only 3 years old was disappointed to have some paint peeling in places.
We couldn't get the room's ethernet cable working, but wifi in general areas was fine. They hadn't quite got the hang of restocking the mini bar, but would always come when called.
The staff were truly wonderful - fell over themselves to be friendly and helpful. For example, they ran out of ice-cream one night and the assistant manager drove me to the local shop to buy some! The food was ok, but for the price and where it was, I didn't expect better.
Ambon itself was beautiful and the people so friendly - I would love to return one day.
