“A beautiful and neat temple”
Reviewed April 27, 2013

Huge temple. Had the fortune of praying there on 21.04.2013. The presiding deity of Thanu Malayan, has a face of Lord Brahma, thereafter Siva and finally Lord Vishnu with his sepent. A tall Hanuman is also there. Everybody visiting Kanyakumari must pay obeisance at this temple.

“An important temple near Kanyakumari”
Reviewed April 26, 2013

This is an important temple near one of India's favourite tourist destinations - Kanyakumari. The temple appears to be very large, especially if you visit this after visiting temples in the state of Kerala! The temple's Hanuman idol is one of the more well-known ones and looks beautiful too! Unfortunately the other famous part of the temple - the musical pillars have been cordoned off probably to avoid wear and tear. Incidentally there is a good restaurant close by where one can have a sumptuous south indian lunch!

“A small trip from Kanyakumari”
Reviewed April 16, 2013

Opened to non Hindu people, this temple is a good place for visiting quietly a holly place. With or without a "guide" who offered his service when you get in.

This is a very good temple and the god of worship is Lord Hanuman. It is located near Nagarkoil in Tamilnadu. The temple is also maintained very well.
