We stayed in avion for a night on Saturday in August. We had booked through their website but due to some internet issue the transaction did not go through, the bank SMS had come but the hotel did not get the booking. The front staff was so helpful and they went out of their way to ensure that I get a room during the busy weekend and resolve the payment issue with their vendor.

As it was raining during the weekend we were mostly indoors and played carom. The dinner and breakfast was nice and the spread was really nice. Above all the service of the staff was really nice and they were very helpful. Would recommend for couples or family who want to stay near the lonavala market as the hotel is not on a scenic spot.

The property is centrally located, chose to go for only room as there are restaurents nearby.

Booked as this was the only place in my budget with resort name.

The buldings n common sitting area gives old colonial feeling but everything else from room celing to doors to equipments in play area etc etc are worn out.

Bed sheets n Pillow were cover torn out.

Tap in the bathroom was leaking too.

Overall its ok for a one night solo or couple stay, but will prefer to try other hotel next time.

The Location Of the Hotel is very convenient easy to find .Lots of Other Restaurants & Bars Near By . Delicious Breakfast with ample Variety . Co-operative Staff. Neat And clean Rooms . Child Friendly and Properly Maintained.
