Everything we had read in the reviews, which made us choose to stay at Bella was true. The fresh fruit juices that Biju whips up are unbelievable. Natasha is a wonderful host, and Jack is adorable.
The house is beautiful, with Natasha's personal touch in decorating adding a special charm to the house. The house is spotlessly clean too. It is well located, just a five minute walk from the boat jetty and another five to the market. Natasha had offered to pre-book a houseboat or canoe ride for us, but since we wanted the Shikara, they suggested that we walk down to the jetty and take the boat offering us the best price, as the person they spoke to for the Shikara was charging higher (due to Diwali holidays rush).
We loved the Kerala breakfast they served, I definitely enjoyed talking to our hosts. You go there as strangers, but leave as friends. Whenever I go back to Alleppey, I will definitely go back to Bella.
