Fantastic place. Oasis on unfamiliar land. Natasza is a wonderful owner and a companion in evening stories about India.

Its one of the best places we ever have stayed at, a beautiful clean house run by a very nice and helpful young couple. Our best recommendations in all ways, and many thanks to Natascha, Biju and Jacky, of course!

Absolutely wonderful place to chill out from all the bustle of India. Of all the places I have stayed in India this one feels most home. You can definately sense the western influence of Natasja's input in the furnishings, conveniences (WIFI- WOOOOOO!), and general hospitality. Very helpful owners who make life easy; a great place to spend a night or two between boat trips, bicicyle rides and to have a break from travelling. Very good value too.

I can tell a next story how nice is the place and the couple running the business, but most things have been already said. So, in order not to repeat phrases I'll only say that this year we spent a great time visiting Natasza and her husband and even that Alappuzha isn't the most beautiful place in the world , this is one of favourite memories of our Indian trip. If you're going to the site, you'll be able to check it by yourself. I hope my text will help to make a good choice. Anything you'll decide, I envy you because probably you're going to God's Own Land ... enjoy

An excellent homestay run by two wonderful people. When we arrived off the bus we were solicited by many different people armed with many different cards offering accommodation. On a whim we decided to go with Bella Homestay (it had the nicest looking car) and we were glad that we did. The place is beautiful; it's new but authentic. The owners Biju and Natasha are two of the kindest and most helpful people we've ever met.Nothing was too much much bother. With Bijou being a local man and Natasha having been a tour-guide in India for a number of years, an answer for every question and advice on where to go and what to do could be found. A canoe trip exploring the backwaters was arranged for us and it was a spectacular experience. Th scenery was breath-taking and our guide was a local man who was very helpful and hospitable. We really cannot recommend this place and people highly enough.

This homestay isone of the best where we stayed during our travel in India. The homestay is kept by an extremely charming couple; Biju and Natasja. Biju is a funny Indian, who is always prepared to help you with booking the best tours, to find good restaurants etc. Natasja is form Polish origine but has travelled for years in India (also as a travel-guide). She knows India very well (and this is a remarkable realisation ;-) and can give you a lot of recommendation concerning wher to go and what to visit (not only in Kerala but the whole of India). These travel tips are included in the price!

They have two homestays. The one is more a budgetoption but is certainly worth the price. The rooms are spacious and clean . And the homestay is centrally located but nevertheless quiet. A second option are the three beautiful rooms in their house. These are extremely neatly, charming and the service is excellent!
Certainly a must!
