For $6 a night, you really can't go wrong here! All of Kep's tourist attractions are within walking distance. The guesthouse has a tourist desk that arranges all your travel plans and trips. The room was basic, but has everything you need. It can be noisy in the corridors, and we booked a room with hot water, and the room we had had cold water only. But I would stay again for this price!

Can't say enough good things about this place. Good prices for room and food, friendly staff, nice room. Bike rentals were nice and easy. A bit far from Kep's main attractions if you're on foot though (but nice if you don't mind walking). I'd love to stay there again.

We stayed here for the night in Kep.
We were dubious at first as the room was so cheap - but it was lovely! Very clean room with 2 big fans and great internet connection. The room was basic but had everything we needed. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. Certainly worth checking this place out of you're on a budget like us :)

We booked this guesthouse towards the end of a trip and budget was running low! Not expecting much for our $6 a night we picked it because it had a good rating and the other reviews said it was clean.

The first impression is a bit basic - it's set back off the main road with a little shop in front. However the staff were lovely and spoke great English. They were really helpful and booked us tours to Rabbit Island (a must visit) and our onwards travel.

Our room was great - big, very clean and with a fan and private bathroom with a shower with decent water pressure. Hot water was an extra $2/night, but it was so warm while we were here we didn't bother. We had 3 windows, but only 1 had curtains so the sun woke us up quite early in the morning. I think this was only because we were on the end on a corner though - looking at other rooms along the corridor they only had 1 window which had curtains.

There is a great restaurant/bar on the top floor which serves amazing food for good prices and has lovely sunset views (albeit with some trees in the way). The staff in the restaurant are equally lovely and will accommodate extra requests.

The guest house is slightly further out than a lot of others, which we knew when we booked it. It was either a 20min(ish) walk to the crab market or 30-40 to the main beach or you'll need a tuk tuk or a bike/scooter. We rented a scooter which was $7/day, and in good condition. The benefit of it being further out was that it backed right on to Kep National Park.

The communal areas/corridors are kept spotless and if you leave your key with reception when you go out they will clean your room for you. There are quite a few animals here - at least 3 cats and 2 dogs (one had just had puppies while we were here!).

Overall it's great value for money, very clean and welcoming. Would recommend this place to anyone, but unless you are on a really tight budget to book a room with air conditioning (it's an extra $9/night). It gets really hot!
