Terrible service, terrible food, and worst of all I got a rubber band and hair in my soup. The staff didn't seem apologetic or like they even cared. And to top off the bad experience, they sold us bum tour tickets. When the mini bus never picked us up we went to get our money back..which they were very angry about and almost didn't give us the refund. In the end they kept 3 dollars and told us to get out. Very rude. Don't go here, there are lots of better options.

From the outside the restaurant looks quite nice. That is why we went there. The food ist not really cheap and tastes more or less average. One day we went there to have breakfast and ordered two baguettes with butter and honey. The amount of honey we got was ridiculous small, it wasn't even enough for one of our four baguette halves. When we politily asked for a bit more honey we got a little more, but still not enough for our baguettes and we had to PAY 40 cents EXTRA!! In general, the restaurant is not very welcoming. We would definitily not recommend it. We had the feeling that a lot of people just go there because it is recommended in Lonely Planet. it is good to be in the lonely planet but it is sad not to live up to expectations! About the rooms we cannot say anything because the reservation for a room we made before going to Rabbit Island was already forgotten when we came back. When we came back from Rabbit Island we were supposed to be picked up by Brise de Kep's driver because we booked our boat tickets with them, but there was no driver...Arriving at Brise de Kep the receptionist told us that there were no free rooms. We said that this is very surprising since we had a reservation. The answer was: "Ah you know so many tourists here...but you can go to another hotel"...

We stayed here also so ended up eating here quite a bit because of the bad weather.
The food was generally good but nothing amazing, the prices though were a little high for what you were getting. The fish main courses were specifically good but quite small portions, in Kep there seemed to be limited places to eat so I would check it out.

Oh and the view is great!
